黑人行銷男籃 遭批作秀過頭、不尊重比賽

「黑人」陳建州最近擔任中華男籃的行政經理，為中華隊打造形象。可是，
中華隊在瓊斯盃連輸韓國2場，有球迷在網路上批評陳建州的行銷影響了訓
練與比賽，並指責他過度「行銷」、不尊重比賽，甚至要他為輸球負責。
一名網友分享了3則「黑人」陳建州為中華隊側錄的影片。第一個影片中，
陳建州拍攝中華隊出場畫面，只見黑人宛如導演介紹中華隊進場、指導球員
走動，然後在球員跑籃時「指揮」底線的教練團成員為球員拍手。

另外兩個影片，則是黑人在比賽和練球期間訪問中華隊球員。網友批評，「
這不是主持黑澀會耶…想cue誰就cue誰…球員在比賽狀態…怎麼會有採訪的
行為呢？？尊不尊重啊…比賽進行中耶。」另外，他也批評黑人在練球時跟
球員「練宵話」，嚴重破壞訓練氣氛。

網友認為，黑人的作法完成「本末倒置」：「行銷固然重要…但也要先有好
的產品嘛…不是嗎？沒有好的產品…再怎麼華麗的包裝都是多餘的。」言下
之意，中華隊外表看來光鮮亮麗卻打不贏強隊，淪為作秀。
回應文章的網友痛批，「他在幹嘛誰不知道？就是在行銷自己和自己的品牌
阿。不這樣子搞，他又沒才華，怎麼在演藝圈混下去？」另有網友認為，「
確實有點太過了！球員是要靠實力出名而不是包裝。側錄很ok！但影響球員
，教練比賽與練球的專注力就不應該了。」
其實，黑人這次擔任行政經理的表現也獲得不少好評。陳建州年輕時曾是備
受期待的籃球員，參加過瓊斯杯，後來因重大運動傷害離開籃壇。他這次應
總教練周俊三邀請，憑著一股對籃球的熱愛，以「無支薪」方式擔任中華隊
行銷，在整個賽前培訓期間盡心盡力地協助教練團和球員。如今遭到網友質
疑，大概黑人心中也五味雜陳。
